摘要
目的分析新护士培训中应用目标教学法的效果。方法选取2016年1—6月我院护士培训中实施目标教学法前的新护士20名作为常规组,并选取2016年7—12月我院护士培训中实施目标教学法后的新护士20名作为目标组。观察培训后新护士的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩及护理能力。结果培训后,目标组新护士的理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩分别为(94.79±3.36)分和(96.27±1.90)分,常规组新护士的理论知识成绩和操作技能成绩分别为(90.26±4.17)分和(93.79±2.61)分。目标组新护士的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.783 0,3.435 5,P<0.05),且目标组护理能力优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标教学法不仅提高了新护士的理论知识和操作技能的考核成绩,还有助于其护理能力及培训效果的提升。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying the target pedagogy in the training of new nurses. Methods From January to June 2016, 20 new nurses before the training of the target teaching method in the nursing training of our hospital were selected as the routine group. And 20 new nurses from July to December 2016 to implement the goal teaching method in the nursing training of our hospital were selected as the target group. The theoretical knowledge of new nurses, performance skills and nursing skills after training was observed. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operative skills of the new nurses in the target group after training were (94.79±3.36) points and (96.27±1.90) points, respectively. The theoretical knowledge and skills of the new nurses in the regular group were (90.26±4.17) points and (93.79±2.61) points. The theoretical knowledge and skills of the new nurses in the target group were higher than those inthe conventional group, the difference was statistically signifcant (t=3.783 0, 3.435 5, P〈0.05), and the nursing ability of the target group was superior to that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The target pedagogy not only improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of new nurses, but also help to improve the nursing ability and training effect.
