微信案例教学在临床药学立体化实践教学的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的为微信案例教学在临床药学立体化实践教学中的应用提供参考依据。方法建立"临床药学"微信群,上传教学案例至微信群,将64名学生随机分成8个学习小组,每组8名学生,每一个学习小组负责讨论一个案例,同时将讨论后的总结发至微信群中。使用问卷调查形式了解学生对微信案例教学的接受度及微信案例教学效果,并统计分析学生在学习期间微信发言的数据。结果除小组为单位提交的微信发言外,64名学生和4名教师在规定时间内的1周中共有256条微信发言。教师的发言共35条,占13.67%(35/256),且发言比较集中。结论在临床药学立体化实践教学中采用微信案例教学是切实可行的,但微信案例教学仍存在一些不足,带教老师应根据教学的内容及微信的优缺点等,从而确定是否使用微信教学。 Objective To provide a reference for the application of WeChat case teaching in three-dimensional practice teaching of clinical pharmacy. Methods The study established the "Clinical Pharmacy" WeChat group, uploaded teaching cases to WeChat group, divided 64 students randomly into 8 study groups with 8 students in each group. Each study group was responsible for discussing a case, and at the same time, to micro-channel group. We use questionnaire to understand students' acceptance of WeChat case teaching and the effect of WeChat case teaching, and statistically analyze the data of students' WeChat talk during their study. Results In addition to the WeChat speech submitted by the group, 64 students and 4 teachers made a total of 256 WeChat statements within the 1 week of the prescribed time. There were 35 teachers' speeches, accounting for 13.67% (35/256), and the speeches were relatively concentrated. Conclusion It is practicable to apply WeChat case teaching in the three-dimensional practice teaching of clinical pharmacy. However, there are still some shortcomings in the teaching of WeChat cases. The teachers should be based on teaching content and WeChat advantages and disadvantages, etc., to determine whether to use WeChat teaching.
