摘要
通过履历(CV)分析法,研究了401家创业板上市公司董事长的群体特征,包括性别比例、年龄结构、学历层次、教育经历、专业类型、跨学科背景等。创业板上市公司董事长性别差异特征明显,女性比重偏低;年龄结构并未呈现明显的"年轻化"趋势,主要集中在50-59岁区间;绝大部分拥有良好的高等教育背景,硕博比例较高,近30%的董事长具有跨学科学习经历,超半数以上董事长获得工科学士学位,第一学历的专业类型与其创业企业主营业务类型高度相关;985、211高校的学习经历虽然重要,但不是创新创业的决定性因素。在创新型人才培养过程中,应突出专业特色、地区优势、跨学科通识教育等。
This study applies CV(Curriculum Vitae) analysis to explore group characteristics of chairman of the board from 401 listed companies on GEB(Growth Enterprise Board) from perspective of gender, age, educational background, major, interdisciplinary background, etc. One of the marked difference is gender where the proportion of male chairman is slightly higher than female. The ages of most of the chairman are around 50-59 and few are young chairmen. The vast majority of chairman has higher educational background, and most of them have master or doctoral degree. Besides, the number of the chairmen who has interdisciplinary background accounts for 30%. More than half of the chairmen got Bachelor of Engineering degree and their majors are highly related to the core business of their enterprises. Though the educational background in colleges and universities developing with Project 985 and Project 211 is important, it does not play a decisive role in innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, specialized characteristics, location advantage and interdisciplinary general education should be highlighted in innovative talent cultivation.
