308nm准分子激光治疗泛发型白癜风的量效关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨308 nm准分子激光治疗泛发型白癜风的最优频率。方法选取50例同一解剖学部位有4处相似皮损的泛发型白癜风患者,将自身4处皮损随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别给予A组308 nm准分子激光治疗1次/周,B组2次/周,C组3次/周,D组为空白对照组,每次治疗前后均记录疗效、不良反应,1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程结束后进行总疗效判定。结果 B、C 2组总有效率、显效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ~2=0.39、0.18,P>0.05);B组不良反应率也低于C组(χ~2=8.27,P<0.05);面颈部总有效率高于躯干四肢、手足(χ~2=2.33、18.32,P<0.05)。结论每周2次为最优频率;面颈部白癜风效果最优。 Objective In order to discuss the optimal frequency of the 308-nm excimer laser in the treatment of generalized vitiligo. Methods Fifty eneralized vitiligo patients who had four similar skin lesions in the same anatomical parts were selected and divided the four skin lesions into four groups randomly including group A, B, C and D, then respectively gave group A 308-nm excimer laser treatment once a week, group B twice a week, group C three times a week and group D was taken as blank control group. The curative effects and adverse effects before and after each treatment were recorded. One month as a course of treatment, after three courses started to judge the curative effects in generally. Results There was no statistically significant comparing group B with group C in the total efficiency and significant efficiency(χ^2=0.39, 0.18,P 0.05); the adverse effects of group B were also lower than group C(χ^2=8.27,P〈0.05);the total efficiency of the face and neck was higher than the body, hands and feet(χ^2=2.33, 18.32; P〈0.05). Conclusion Twice a week is the optimal frequency, and the treatment on the face and neck has the optimal effect.
