摘要
目的探讨慢性病患者对社区签约医护人员服务模式的感知情况,为今后社区服务模式的改进提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,对符合要求的11名社区医院慢性病患者进行"一对一"半结构式深度访谈,了解患者就诊感受,及对签约模式的认知程度。结果慢性病患者社区就诊时,对签约医护人员的心理感受升华出4条主题,分别是信任、有依靠;省时、省力;关系融洽;解决实际问题。同时也升华提炼出2条患者对社区医护服务模式的期望,分别是扩展服务项目和扩大服务人群。结论社区医护签约服务模式从一定程度上缓解了医患矛盾,构建了和谐的医患关系,在今后发展中,也应依据患者的需求不断探索和发展,以便更好地为社区患者服务。
Objective To explore the psychological perception of patients with chronic diseases on community medical staff contract serice model,and provide reference for the improvement of community serice model in the future. Methods Phenomenological method was used,and 11 patients with chronic diseases who conformed the requirements were in u one to oneH semi-structured in-depth inter^^ iew - s,to un-derstand the feelings and the cognition of the patients on contrace ser^^ice mode. Result There were 4 topics about the psychological feelings of patients with chronic diseases to community medical staff contract service model:Trust and reliance, saving time and effort,hamionious re- lationship,solving practical problems for patients.At the same time, there were 2 topics about the patients' expectation to community medical staff contract service model:Expanding service project and populations. Conclusion Community medical staff contract service mode alleviates the physician-patient conflict and improves their relationship in some respects.In the future, it should be explored and developed based on pa-tient's needs,in order to provide better service for community.
