仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊对薄型子宫内膜的临床应用探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊对薄型子宫内膜的临床应用价值。方法:收治薄型子宫内膜患者30例,平分两组,即参照组(复方玄驹胶囊)和试验组(仿生物电刺激+复方玄驹胶囊)。对两组疗效及临床情况进行对比。结果:试验组治疗总有效率(93.3%)高于参照组(80.0%)(P<0.05);试验组血流情况改善程度优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对薄型子宫内膜采取仿生物电刺激结合复方玄驹胶囊方法进行治疗,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提升疗效及受孕率。 Objective:To analyze the clinical application effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with compound xuanju capsule in thin endometrium.Methods:30 patients with thin endometrium were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average,the reference group(compound xuanju capsule)and the experience group(biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with compound xuanju capsule).The curative effect and clinical situation of the two groups were compared.Results:The result showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group(93.3%)was higher than that of the reference group(80%)(P<0.05).The improvement of blood flow in the experimental group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of thin endometrium,we can take biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with compound xuanju capsule method for treatment,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect and pregnancy rate.
