摘要 整车线束在汽车信号传输和电气设备运行中具有至关重要的作用,尤其是在新能源汽车研发过程中,当下线束布置方案还存在较多不足之处,给设计人员带来了多方面困扰。为扭转局面,技术人员提出了一种新型设计理念。本文分析线束设计方案和新能源汽车的EMC防护方式,并用实际案例给予进一步说明。 Vehicle harness plays a crucial role in signal transmission and electrical equipment in the operation of the vehicle, especially in the new energy vehicle development process, when the wire harness layout scheme has many shortcomings, has brought many problems to the designers, to reverse the situation of technical personnel, puts forward a new design the concept of. In this paper, the wiring harness design scheme and the EMC protection method of new energy vehicles are analyzed, and further explanation is given by actual cases.
