摘要
在前人工作的基础上,对4'-取代2,2':6',2″-三联吡啶衍生物的合成进行了改进。采用一锅合成法,以乙醇为溶剂,以氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾为碱,2-乙酰吡啶、4-取代苯甲醛与氨水为原料进行反应。此方法合成步骤简单,产品易于纯化,收率在已有文献报道的基础上实现了提高,经后处理,分别为62%、85%和60%。优化了反应条件,并对三种物质结构进行了1H NMR表征。
One-pot syntheses of 4'-substituted 2,2': 6',2″-terpyridine derivatives were reported by condensation of2-acetylpyridine with 4-substituted benzaldehyde and ammonia in the presence of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide in ethanol. The method was concise and the products were purified simply. The yields of the compounds were62%,85% and 60%,respectively,which were higher than those reported in former references. The conditions were also optimized and terpyridines were characterized by1 H NMR.
