摘要
[目的]建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定种药食同源品中铅的方法。[方法]采用微波消解仪消解样品,利用顺序注射原子荧光光谱法测定6种市售药食同源品中的铅。[结果]方法中仪器检出限为0.068μg/L,工作曲线相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为2.53%,回收率为92.74%101.26%。以国家标准物质茶叶作为质控样品,结果准确。[结论]该方法能够快速准确地检测药食同源品中的铅。
[ Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of lead in medicinal and edible goods by microwave digestion and se-quential injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Method] The lead in six medicinal and edible goods was determined by microwave digestion, sequential injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [Result] The instrument limit, correlation coefficient, RSD and recovery rate were 0. 068 (jig/L, 0. 999 8 , 2. 53% and 92. 74% - 101.26% , respectively. Reference material tea was determined as control sample and the results were accurate. [ Conclusion] The method is fast and accurate for determination of lead in medici-nal and edible goods.
