摘要
目的:探讨微信的延续性护理在喉癌术后患者生活质量的影响及效果。方法:选取喉癌术后患者56例为研究对象,按住院号单、双分为延续组和对照组,各28例,对照组在住院期间给予常规治疗及护理,并进行出院时的健康指导;延续组在对照组的基础上给予延续性护理服务。比较两组患者在出院后6个月的生活质量及满意度。结果:延续组患者在出院后6个月的生活质量及对医疗护理工作的满意度,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对喉癌术后患者实施延续性护理服务能有效改善生活质量,提高对医疗护理工作满意度。
Objective We Chat continuity of care in the influence and the effect of postoperative patients with laryngeal cancer quality of life. Method A total of 56 patients with laryngeal cancer and surgery were selected as the research object. According to the number of the hospital number,they were divided into the continuation group and the control group,28 cases in each gorup,The control group received regular treatment and care during the hospital stay,Health guidance at discharge,The continuation group was given continuous nursing services based on the control group. The quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared to 6 months after discharge. Results The quality of life and satisfaction with medical care in 6 months after discharge,Significantly higher than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing service for patients with laryngeal cancer can improve the quality of life effectively. Improve the satisfaction of medical care.
