摘要
为使铁路自备车运输更加安全、铁路综合效益得到提升,基于安全风险评价与度量,构建以总运输费用最低、运输线路上旅客风险最小、线路周边人员风险最小为目标的车辆运输路径选择多目标0-1整数规划模型,并采用Lingo12.0求解引擎求解模型,输出综合目标函数值及对应路径节点。案例分析结果表明,考虑综合目标最优时路径选择结果可以尽量避开人口密集城市与客运繁忙区段,验证了模型的有效性,可以为运输决策者安排车辆运输径路提供参考。
In order to select a safer and more economical transportation route for the shipper- owned wagons and improve the comprehensive economic railway benefit, this paper builds a model of multi-objective 0-1 integer programming for the route selection based on the safety risk assessment and measurement. This model is characterized by the lowest cost of the transportation, the minimum risk facing passengers as well as facing personnel along the route. With the route selection case study solved by Lingo12,0, the comprehensive function and the corresponding route nodes are provided. The result shows that while considering the comprehensive target, the route can keep off the populated cities and busy passenger lines, which proves the feasibility of the model and can provide reference for arranging transportation routes.
