摘要
从热力学和动力学两个方面对低碳低硅钢种冶炼过程中的增硅原因进行了分析,并结合生产实践,针对转炉炼钢及LF炉外精炼两个生产环节中存在的增硅因素提出了针对性改进措施,在保证钢水脱硫的同时,有效抑制了钢水处理过程的增硅反应,保证了低碳低硅钢种的炼成率。
From the two aspects of thermodynamics and kinetics the spcific analysis on the reasons of increasing silicon content were carried out during the low carbon and low silicon steel smelting process,And combining with the production practice,from the converter steelmaking and LF refining production processes targeted corresponding improvement measures were put forward in the presence of increasing silicon factors,which ensures the desulfurization of molten steel and the smelting rate of the low carbon low silicon steel and effectively inhibits the process of increasing silicon steel reaction.
