摘要
铸坯质量在线判定对确保生产连续性、提高钢材品质、减少资源浪费等具有重要的意义。传统铸坯质量在线判定方法应用效果并不理想。“中国制造2025”相关技术的创新与应用给铸坯质量在线判定带来新的机遇。介绍了智能化铸坯质量在线判定系统开发原理及主要功能模块的开发过程。该系统能够针对生产环境智能化定制铸坯质量判定模型,并对模型持续优化,提升了应用灵活性及铸坯质量缺陷判定命中率,实现了铸-轧衔接与匹配智能化控制,为实现钢铁制造流程智能化转型奠定了基础。
The online judgment of the casting slab quality has very important meaning for ensuring continuous production, improving the steel quality and reducing the resource waste. The application effect of traditional online judgment system of continuous casting slab quatity is not ideal. The innovation and application of related technologies of the "Made in China 2025" bring new opportunities for the online judgment of continuous casting slab. The development principles of intelligent online judgment system of continuous casting slab quatity and the development process of main function modules were introduced. The system can intelligently customize judgment model for continuous casting slab quality according to the production environment and continually optimize the judgment model. It improves the application flexibility and the hit rate of slab quality defect judgement, and achieves intelligent control of continuous casting-rolling cohesion. It lays the foundation for the realization of intelligent transformation of steel manufacturing process.
