摘要
提取西洋参花多糖,测定西洋参花多糖含量和蛋白含量。以小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7为模型研究西洋参花多糖对细胞吞噬能力的影响,刺激产生NO含量,释放IL-6、TNF-α来考察其对巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。结果表明,西洋参花多糖可通过增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,释放免疫因子等方面增强巨噬细胞免疫活性。
The purpose was to extract polysaccharides from American ginseng flower, and the polysaccharide content and protein content were determined. The effects of polysaccharides from American ginseng flower on phagocytosis of macrophages RAW264.7 were determined to stimulate the production of NO content, to release of IL-6, TNF-α to investigate the immune activity of macrophages. The results showed that polysaccharides from American ginseng flower could enhance macrophage phagocytosis, release of immune factors to enhance the macrophage immune activity.
