摘要
采用丙酮提取-固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS),建立人参中灭多威、涕灭威、克百威、甲萘威、异丙威和敌菌丹等6种有机氮农药残留量检测方法,并优化SPME正交试验条件(萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取头和搅拌速度)。结果表明,在0.05~1.0μg/mL浓度范围内,6种有机氮农药的峰面积与相对应的浓度呈现出良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2≥0.999;方法检出限在0.001~0.01 mg/kg;在0.05,0.5和1.0 mg/kg 3种加标浓度中,加标回收率在84.6%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~6.4%。该方法有效减小了人参中生物内源性大分子物质的干扰,准确度高、精密度好、检出限低,且缩短了农药检测时间,提高了农药分析效率,可满足人参中农药残留检测的要求。
A determination method of 6 kinds of organic nitrogen pesticide residues (methomyl, aldicarb, carbofuran, carbaryl, isoprocarb and captafol) in ginseng was established by acetone extraction and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the orthogonal test condition (extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction head and stirring speed) of SPME was optimized. The results showed that the peak area of 6 kinds of organic nitrogen pesticides and the corresponding concentration showed a good linear relationship in concentration range from 0.05 μg/mL to 1.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficient R2 was not less 0.999; The detection limit was 0.001-0.01 mg/kg; The rate of recovery was 84.6%-102.4% in the three spiked concentrations 0.05, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg; The relative standard deviation (n=6) was 1.2%- 6.4%. The method effectively reduces the interference of endogenous biological macromolecules in ginseng, with high accuracy and good precision, low detection limit, shortening the detection time and improving the efficiency of pesticide, pesticide analysis, and could meet the requirements of detection ofloesticide residues in ginseng.
