摘要
住房是青年群体安居乐业的关键,既在客观上影响其发展方式,又在主观上影响其获得感。为了厘清影响青年住房获得的相关机理,本文基于2010—2013年的中国综合社会调查(CGSS)数据,综合比较“先赋因素”与“后致因素”对青年群体住房获得的贡献度,揭示青年群体住房获得机会不平等现象。研究结果表明,青年群体住房市场存在阶层固化现象,“先赋因素”对青年群体住房获得的贡献度较大,“家庭支持”成为青年群体住房获得的主导因素。政策上应加强住房保障,调控住房价格,发展住房金融市场,以利于打破青年群体住房市场阶层固化。
Housing is the key to live and work in young people. It affects both the development mode and the subjective influence of acquisition. In order to clarify the mechanism that affects the acquisition of youth housing, this paper based on the comprehensive survey of China's Social Security Survey (CGSS) in 2010 and 2013, the paper compares the contribution of "first factor" and "post-factor" to youth housing, and reveals the in equality of opportunity for youth group housing, The results show that the housing market there is stratification phenomenon, "f'Lrst factor" on the young housing to obtain a greater contribution to the "family support" to become the dominant factor in the acquisition of young housing. Strengthening housing security, regulating housing prices and developing the housing finance market by policies are benefit for breaking the stratum solidification.
