摘要
研究了用针铁矿法去除软锰矿浸出液中铁、铝杂质过程中得到的固体废渣(针铁矿渣)从模拟染料废水中吸附去除刚果红,借助XRF、XRD及FTIR分析了针铁矿渣的理化性质,考察了不同条件下针铁矿渣吸附去除刚果红的效果。试验结果表明:针铁矿渣中主要含铁、铝、氧、硫等元素,且以无定型氢氧化铝和碱式硫酸盐形式存在;针铁矿渣对刚果红有较好的吸附效果,在刚果红初始质量浓度100 mg/L、针铁矿渣用量0.8g/L、吸附时间360min、pH控制在7.5左右、温度30℃条件下,刚果红最大去除率达90%;针铁渣矿对刚果红的吸附等温线服从Langmuir方程,吸附动力学服从伪二级动力学方程,最大吸附量达204.08mg/g。
Goethite sediment is a solid waste coming from the removal process of Fe and Al from pyrolusite reductive leaching solution. The physical and chemical properties of the goethite sediment were studied by XRF, XRD and FTIR,and then the goethite sediment was used as adsorbent to remove Congo red from aqueous solution. The effects of different experimental conditions on removal of Congo red were examined. The results show that the goethite sediment mainly contains Fe, A1, O and S in the forms of amorphous aluminum hydroxide and alkaline sulfate. The goethite sediment has better absorption effect for Congo red, the maximum removal rate of Congo red reaches 90 % at the conditions that Congo red initial concentration of 100 mg/L,dosage of the sediment of 0.8 g/L,adsorption time of 6 h, solution pH of about 7. 5 and temperature of 30 ℃. The adsorptive isotherm obeys the Langmuir equation, the adsorption kinetic obeys the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 204.08 mg/g.
