锁定钢板内固定并打压植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折疗效分析 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定并打压植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2010-01—2015-12采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定并打压植骨治疗的42例老年肱骨近端骨折。观察术后并发症情况及末次随访时肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分。结果 40例获得随访,随访时间平均20(15~32)个月。骨折临床愈合时间4~6个月,平均5.5个月。2例螺钉切出,1例肱骨头坏死,3例肩峰下撞击征。末次随访时肩关节功能Constant-Murley评分平均75(60~85)分。结论切开复位锁定钢板内固定并打压植骨治疗老年肱骨近端骨折可以提供良好的复位及骨折稳定性,患者能早期进行功能锻炼,有利于肩关节功能恢复。
