摘要
在市场随机购买大豆样品,采用试剂盒法提取基因组总DNA,并通过扩增大豆凝集素参照基因验证基因组总DNA的完整性,进一步通过检测转基因常用的Ca MV35S启动子和NOS终止子,分析检测样品是否为转基因品种。检测结果显示市售大豆80%为转基因大豆。
Ten samples of commercial soybean were bought from market randomly. First, the genomic DNAs were extracted from soybean samples with Kit method. Second, the DNA were amplified to verify the integrity. Then the DNA were used as templates in PCR method to detected the CaMV35S promoter and NOS terminator, which two are commonly used in genetically modified food (GMF). The results showed that the ratio of genetically modified soybean in the samples is 80 %.
