摘要
电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定工业齿轮油的Fe、Cu、Pb、Sn、Cr、P元素,对影响测定的激发功率、雾化气压力、蠕动泵速三个因素进行了详细研究,确定了仪器最佳工作参数为激发功率1.1k W、雾化气压力23PSI、蠕动泵速1.3 m L/min。选择了合适的分析谱线,各元素在0-900mg/kg范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均在0.99999以上,各元素的回收率均在94%以上。
The elements of Fe, Cu, Pb, Sn, Cr, P in the gear oils were measured with the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The factors influencing the determination of excitation power, atomizing air pressure, peristaltic pump speed were studied in detail. Determines the optimum working parameters for excitation instrument power 1.1 kW, atomizing air pressure23PSI, peristaltic pump speed 1.3mL/min. The suitable analytical spectral line were determined. As a result, there is a good linear correlation among elements when the mass fraction is within the range of 0-900 mg/kg. Meanwhile .the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.99999 and the rate of recovery over 94 %.
