摘要
选择0.2%、0.4%、0.6%浓度高锰酸钾溶液处理油松种子,对其进行种子发芽率测定,结果表明:0.2%、0.4%、0.6%的高锰酸钾溶液对油松种子浸种,发芽率间无显著差异,但均比清水浸种发芽率高.
The seed germination rate of Pinus tabulaeformis was determined by 0.2 %,0.4 % and 0.6 % potassium permanganate solution,the results showed that 0.2 %,0.4 % and 0.6 % potassium permanganate solution had no significant difference in germination,but higher than water soaking.
