摘要
医学研究生在研期间进行基础研究或临床研究是其培训任务之一,但在科研的实施中,有些研究进展会比较顺利,有些则会遇到难题。这些难题有的涉及基础知识,有的涉及临床知识,有的则可能涉及专业外知识。此时依靠学生自己的能力可能无法顺利解决,并导致研究工作无法按照研究计划进行。笔者在研究生科研培养中体会到,当学生遇到难题时导师应当及时予以关心和指导,这对学生的研究能否顺利进行十分关键。文章结合笔者在研究生科研培养中遇到难题并顺利解决的两个典型事例进行了讨论。
One of the training tasks of medical graduate is to do the basic research or clinical studies during graduate student. In the implementation of the research, some researches were more smoothly, but some studies had some problems and leaded that the research work cannot be carried out in accordance with the research project. Some of these questions involved the basic knowledge, while others related to clinical knowledge or non-professional knowledge. We realized it was important that the teacher's care and guidance in time when students had some problems. In this article, two typical examples encountered in graduate student research training should be discussed.
