摘要 目的探讨α-硫辛酸结合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法选取80例糖尿病伴随周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用α-硫辛酸结合甲钴胺治疗,对照组独用甲钴胺。对比两组指标。结果观察组临床总有效率、胫前神经和腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论α-硫辛酸结合甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行治疗临床效果确切,患者神经电生理功能得到改善。 Objective To investigate the clinical efect of alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin treatment, control group with mecobalamin treatment. Indicators in two groups were compared. Results The total clinical efficiency, MNCV and SNCV velocities of the anterior tibial and peroneal nerves in observation group were higher than control group, the diference was statistically signifcant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with clinical efcacy, patients with nerve electrophysiological function improved.
