摘要
目的探讨CBL教学模式在消化内科临床教学中的应用探讨。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在我院消化内科实习的学生100例,将其按照抽签的方式分为CBL组和常规组,每组50例。常规组学生进行常规教学模式,CBL组使用CBL教学模式,对比两组学生的考试成绩、专业技能掌握能力等教学效果。结果 CBL组学生的理论知识成绩(93.5±5.5)分,专业技能掌握成绩(90.2±5.2)分,对照组学生的理论知识成绩(84.5±5.1)分,专业技能掌握成绩(80.2±4.3)分,对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;CBL组学生学习兴趣、教学氛围、自学能力和知识的应用能力评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在消化内科临床教学中开展CBL教学模式能够提高学生专业知识和技能的掌握情况。
Objective To explore the application of CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of gastroenterology. Methods 100 students from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were divided into CBL group and routine group according to the drawing method, 50 cases in each group. The students in the conventional group were given the conventional teaching mode, and the CBL group was given the CBL teaching mode. The teaching efects of the two groups were compared. Results CBL group of students' theoretical knowledge score (93.5±5.5) points, scores of master professional skills (90.2±5.2) points, the control group students' theoretical knowledge score (84.5±5.1) points, scores of master professional skills (80.2±4.3), there was signifcant diference, P 〈 0.05; CBL group of students' interest in learning, teaching atmosphere, self-learning ability and knowledge application ability scores were signifcantly higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Carrying out CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of digestive medicine can improve the mastery of students' professional knowledge and skills.
