摘要
(1)目的比较常规健康教育与基于知信行理论模式的健康教育对院外压疮患者主要照顾者认知和行为及其疾病结局的干预效果。(2)方法选取北京某三级医院院外压疮住院患者主要照顾者60例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组30例与对照组30例。对照组接受常规的护理教育;干预组在常规护理教育基础之上知信行理论模式下的健康教育,以居家照顾者压疮知识得分、态度信念得分和照顾行为得分,分别于干预后1个月和3个月进行效果评价。(3)结果干预后,干预组照顾者压疮知识得分、态度信念得分和照顾行为得分较对照组明显提高,照顾行为得到改善,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后3个月,干预组压疮再发生率较对照组有明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。(4)结论知信行健康教育模式可有效的提高压疮患者居家照顾者压疮知识水平,改善压疮患者主要照顾者照顾行为,降低院外带入压疮再发生率。
Objective To compare the effect of health education with routine health education and health education based on knowledge-based theory on the cognition and behavior of primary caregivers and the outcome of disease.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in the hospital,and 30 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The control group received routine nursing education.The intervention group on the basis of routine nursing education was informed that the health education under the theoretical model was based on the knowledge of the physician,the attitude score and the care behavior score,one month after the intervention And 3 months for effect evaluation.Results After the intervention,the scores of the nursing group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the intervention scores were significantly higher than those in the control group The recurrence rate of the group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The health education model can effectively improve the level of knowledge of patients with pressure ulcers in patients with pressure sores,improve the caregivers of the main caregivers in patients with pressure ulcers,and reduce the incidence of pressure in the hospital.
