摘要
某校车在加速工况下驾驶室内出现异响,严重影响整车舒适性。通过主观评价、频谱特征分析、声学互动滤波法的应用,实现对异响频率成分的确认。再通过综合运用铅包裹法、近场测量法等噪声源识别方法,确定该异响源为整车排气弹性连接管,通过优化弹性连接管结构解决了异响故障。
An abnormal noise in front of a school bus appeared when it accelerated rapidly ’ which negatively affected the comfort of passengers. Methods’ such as subjective evaluation, spec-trum analysis and acoustic interactive evaluation ’ were utilized to analysis the components of the ab-normal noise frequency. Noise sources identification methods’ such as lead wrap’ near field meas-urement and so on were used to identify the abnormal noise sources. It was identified that the noise was generated by the flexible pipe of the vehicle.
