摘要
目的:探讨空气波压力治疗仪对产妇产后康复作用的影响效果。方法:选取2016年2月~2017年2月我院接受治疗的产妇200例,随机等分为研究组与对照组。对照组产妇产后给予常规护理干预,研究组产妇产后给予空气波压力治疗仪治疗,比较两组产妇干预前后QOL,SAS,SDS评分,下肢不适发生情况以及患者满意度情况。结果:治疗后研究组QOL评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组SAS,SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇产后深静脉血栓、下肢疼痛/肿胀以及肺栓塞发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气波压力治疗仪应用于产妇产后康复中可显著改善产妇生活质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,同时减少下肢不适情况的发生率,且能有效提高患者满意度。
Objective：To explore the effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument on postpartum recovery of delivery woman.Methods：A total of 200 delivery women treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into study group and control group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention after delivery,and the study group received treatment by air wave pressure therapy instrument.The QOL,SAS,SDS scores,the incidence of lower limb discomfort and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results：After treatment,the QOL score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the SAS and SDS scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of postpartum deep venous thrombosis,lower limb pain/swelling and pulmonary embolism was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of air wave pressure therapy instrument in postpartum rehabilitation can significantly improve the quality of life,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of lower limb discomfort,and improve patient satisfaction.
