摘要
城市化的推进加剧了土地的供需矛盾,提高土地利用效率是城市可持续发展的必然选择。文章应用超效率DEA模型,分析评价沈阳经济区及其内部8个城市的土地利用效率。2000—2015年研究区的土地利用效率呈"凹"型趋势发展,土地利用纯技术效率>综合效率>规模效率,纯技术效率是影响土地利用效率的主要原因。结果表明,沈阳经济区内部各城市土地利用存在区域差异性,阜新市和铁岭市属于高效集约区域,鞍山市为低效区域,可通过差异化的调整投入要素,提高土地利用效率。
The progress of urbanization makes the contradiction between supply and demand of land more serious. Therefore, promoting land use efficiency is an inevitable choice for cities' sustainable development. This paper adopts Super-efficiency DEA model to analyze and assesse the land use efficiency of Shenyang Economic Zone and the 8 cities within it. From 2000 to 2015,land use efficiency of the zone has a trend of "凹", with pure technology of land use efficiency>comprehensive land use efficiency>scale efficiency, so the pure technology efficiency was the main factor that affected land use efficiency. The result shows that the land use of the 8 cities within Shenyang Economic Zone has regional differences. Fuxin and Tieling are high efficiency areas, while Anshan is low efficiency area, which could adjust differentiated input elements to promote land use efficiency.
