摘要
【目的】探讨氨基酸微肥对罗汉果产量和果实品质的影响。【方法】以青皮果品系的罗汉果组培苗为材料,叶面喷施4种氨基酸微肥处理,清水做对照。【结果】氨基酸微肥处理均能显著提高罗汉果产量及大果率,其中氨基酸复合微肥1每株产量最高,达173个;喷施氨基酸微肥可显著提高可溶性固形物、总糖、还原糖和甜甙含量,其中可溶性固形物含量提高8.8%~17.66%,总糖含量提高34.5%~44.65%,还原糖含量提高15.59%~50.78%,甜甙含量提高8.0%~32.6%;【结论】施用氨基酸微肥果实品质得到改善。
【Objective】It aims to explore the effects of amino acid microelements on yield and fruit qualities of Momordica Grosvenorii.【Method】With the tissue culture seeding of the green fruit of Momordica Grosvenorii as the material,four amino acid microelements are sprayed to leaves of Momordica Grosvenorii,contrasting with that only treated with water.【Result】The results are that amino acid microelements can increase the yield and quality of Momordica Grosvenorii. The highest yield is recorded as 173 fruits per plant with amino acid microelement fertilizer 1. Significant increases are achieved in terms of the content of soluble solids(8. 8% ~ 17. 66%),carbohydrate(34. 5% ~ 44. 65%),reducing sugar(15. 59% ~50. 78%) and glucoside(8. 0% ~32. 6%) while spraying amino acid microelement fertilizer.【Result】Therefore,the application of amino acid microelement fertilizer improves the fruit quality of Momordica Grosvenorii.
