摘要
目的随着合肥城市建设的发展,城市空间变的越来越拥挤,交通在一定程度上也受到阻碍,因此需建设城市地铁以缓解交通压力。方法以合肥地铁二号线为背景,采用盾构法施工,此施工方法会造成地表沉降,所以必须把地表沉降值控制在一定的范围内。同时基于地表沉降的监测数据,并结合软件模拟。结果得出了盾构施工开挖对地表沉降的影响因素;对DB-93和DB-95截面的监测数据进行分析,总结出相关的地表沉降规律。结论盾构掘进压力对地表纵向位移沉降影响较大,本区间的掘进压力应控制在600kPa较为合适。等代层厚度的取值对地表沉降的影响较大,本区间的等代层厚度取0.3m较为合适。对盾构开挖DB-93和DB-95截面的监测数据分析得出,DB-93开挖截面的沉降值均不超过30mm;土体可能发生部分塑性变形,因此后期注浆衬砌要及时有效,控制地表沉降。监测点DB-95-04~06处土体易发生超挖,应对易引起超挖的位置及时有效注浆,控制地表沉降。模拟数值与监测数值对比的结果基本吻合,说明该研究成果可以为工程施工提供借鉴。
Objective With the development of urban construction in Hefei,urban space becomes more and more crowded,and traffic is also hindered to some extent.So it is necessary to build urban subway to ease traffic pressure.Methods With Line Two of Hefei metro as the object,the shield construction method caused ground subsidence.So the ground settlement value needed to be controlled within a certain range,and the surface subsidence data were monitored in combination with software simulation.Results The influencing factors of shield construction on surface subsidence were obtained;the monitoring data of DB-93 and DB-95 section were analyzed,and the related surface subsidence law was summarized.Conclusion The shield tunneling pressure has a great influence on the longitudinal displacement and settlement of the ground surface,and the driving pressure should be controlled at 600 kPa in this section.The thickness of the equivalent layer has a great influence on the surface subsidence,and the equivalent layer thickness of the interval is 0.3 m.According to the monitoring data of DB-93 and DB-95 section excavation analysis,sedimentation value is less than 30 mm in the DB-93 section of excavation,and soil may have plastic deformation.So late grouting lining should be timely and effective to control the ground subsidence.The soil in the monitoring point DB-95-04~06 is prone to over excavation.To the location of over excavation,timely and effective grouting can control the surface subsidence.Finally,the results of numerical simulation are basically consistent with monitoring numerical,indicating that the research results can provide reference for engineering construction.
