摘要
回撤吊车是稳定的井下大型平台搬运设备,用于大型矿井"综合机械化搬迁工艺"中工作面重型设备的撤离。采用全液压传动系统,以解决传统设备在搬迁工艺中存在的断绳、倾倒、动力不足等问题。为保证回撤吊车工作过程中的稳定性、安全性,配套设计了稳车液压系统,依靠4个支撑液压缸来保证正常工作,并利用AMESim对该系统进行建模及性能仿真分析,得到了电磁阀和4个液压缸的输出特性和参数。结果表明,4个工作液压缸均能够在短时间内达到工作压力21.3 MPa,输出参数稳定,输出压力一致性好,所设计的液压系统性能稳定、可靠,能够充分保证回撤吊车在工作过程中的稳定性。
A shield mule is developed as a stable large platform equipment by the Datong Coal Mine Group,which is used to remove the heavy equipment on the working face in the “ comprehensive mechanized face movingprocess” of large-scale mine. The shield mule employs a full hydraulic transmission system to solve the problemssuch as breaking rope, toppling,insufficient power and so on existing in the removquipment. In order to guarantee the stability and safety in the working process of shhydraulic system is designed,and there are four hydraulic cylinders working for that. Tlic system of t!ie shield mule is modeled and simulated based on AMESim,and the output characteristics and pa-rameters of t!ie solenoid valve and the four hydraulic cylinders are obtained. The resulting hydraulic cylinders can reach the working pressure of 21. 3 MPa in a short time the output parameters arestable,and the output pressure of t!ie four hydraulic cylinders is consistent, and the stability of the shield mulecan be fully guaranteed.
