摘要
我国铁路隧道排水管道存在钙化结晶、堵塞等突出问题,导致排水系统不畅甚至整体失效,劣化了隧道结构服役状态,严重影响到运营安全。对铁路隧道排水管道结晶堵塞情况进行了调研,分析了堵塞原因及堵塞物成分。针对铁路隧道排水系统布设特点,研制了便捷高效的疏通机,并选取了典型隧道结晶管道进行室内及现场疏通试验。结果表明,疏通机可有效清理管道结晶堵塞物,提高了隧道排水系统可维护性以及隧道的整体运营安全。
The problems of calcification and blockage in drainage pipeline of railway tunnel in China,which led to poor drainage and even the overall failure of drainage system,deteriorated the tunnel structure service state and seriously affected the safety operation.The conditions of crystallization and blockage in drainage pipeline of railway tunnel were investigated,and the causes of blockage and the composition of blockage were analyzed.According to the layout characteristics of railway tunnel drainage system,a convenient and efficient dredge equipment was developed.The pipeline with typical crystallization in tunnel was selected for the laboratory and field dredging test.The results show that the dredge equipment can effectively clean the crystallization and blockage in pipeline and improve the maintainability of tunnel drainage system and the overall operation safety of tunnel.
