摘要
造粒塔作为尿素生产过程中的关键设备,起到降温冷却的作用,但存在外排气体夹带尿素粉末的现象,面对急需解决的尿素粉末回收和造粒塔排放气体视觉效果差的问题,通过分析干式除尘工艺和湿式除尘工艺的适用条件,结合已有造粒塔水洗除尘工艺运行情况,提出适用于造粒塔粉尘治理的技术路线。
The prilling tower is the key equipment in the production course of uera, it plays a role of temperature reduction and refrigeration. Based on the problems in poor visual effect of urea dust recovery and emission gas of prilling tower, through the analysis of the application condition for dry & wet dust removal process, and in combination with the operation condition of dust water scrubbing process of prilling tower, the paper presents the technical route that is suitable to the dust treatment of prilling tower.
