摘要
结合铜绿山矿中深孔爆破的实际情况,采用现场试验的方法对爆破孔网参数进行优化。将炮孔布置由矩形变为三角形,掏槽区炮孔超深0.5 m,边孔采用间隔装药及光面爆破,优化起爆顺序,孔网参数由1.2 m×1.2 m调整为1.6 m×1.0 m。结果表明,优化后,有效降低了爆破的大块率和火工材料单耗,爆后采场的顶板和边帮更光滑,为出矿作业提供了安全保障,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the actual situation of middle deep hole blasting in Tonglushan mine, the method of field test is adopted to optimize the parameters of blasting hole network. Change the layout of the hole from rectangle to triangle, the cut hole above average depth is 0.5 m, and the interval charge method and smooth blasting method are adopted by the side holes, the detonating sequence is optimized, the hole network parameters is adjusted to 1.6 m × 1.0 m instead of 1.2 m × 1.2 m. The results show that, the blasting large rate and the unit consumption of explosive material are both reduced effectively by using the optimized blasting network parameter, besides that, the roof and edge of stope after blasting are more smother than the ones of stope by using original blasting parameters, the safe guarantee for ore drawing operation is provided, and the good economic and social benefits are achieved.
