中空结构的光/温敏PNIPAM/SiO_2聚合物微球的研究

摘要 以蒸馏沉淀聚合法合成了单分散的光、温度双响应中空微球:以3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPS)表面改性的Si O2球为模板、温度响应的N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为单体、光响应的对二甲基丙烯酰胺偶氮苯(BMAAB)为交联剂,加入少量二乙烯基苯(DVB)助交联剂,并以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,合成以二氧化硅为核,壳层为偶氮苯交联的PNIPAM核壳微纳米粒子。再利用氢氟酸选择性刻蚀除去SiO_2内核形成具有中空结构的光/温敏的PNIPAM聚合物微球。PNIPAM中空微球具有最低的低互溶临界温度(LCST),约为32℃。使用TEM、FT-IR等手段对得到的聚合物微球的组成和结构进行了表征。接着,将荧光物质罗丹明B分子成功载入了中空微球,并验证了其光和温度的双重控制释放行为。结果表明采用蒸馏沉淀聚合法成功制备单分散的聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺中空微球,该微球具有优异的光/温度双重控制释放行为。 In this thesis, we synthesized thermal and photo dual stimuli-responsive monodisperse hollow polymeric microspheres via a novel distillation precipitation polymerization method. The core-shell particles were synthetized with SiO2 particles as a template which was modified by [ 3 -(Methaeryloyloxy) propyl ] trime thoxysilane ( MPS), thermo-responsive NIPAM as monomer, photoresponsive BMAAB as cross-linker, a few a- mount of DVB as aid cross-linker, and AIBN as initiator. Then using HF acid to selectively etch SiO2 core, we prepared the thermal and photo dual stimuli-responsive PNIPAM polymeric mierospheres with hollow structure. It has the lowest lower critical solution temperature 32 ~C (LCST). The morphologies of SiO2/PNIPAM core- shell particles and hollow PNIPAM particles are characterized by TEM, FT-IR. After RhB was successfully en- capsulated into hollow microspheres, we studied their photo and thermo-responsive controlled release behav- iors. The results show that the stimuli-responsive microspheres have been successfully fabricated via distillation precipitation polymerization with dual intelligent controlled release behaviors.
