摘要 稀土素有"工业维生素"的美称,其加入钢中,能起到精炼、脱硫、中和低熔点有害杂质的作用,还可以改善钢的加工性能。本文通过开展相关试验,研究了稀土对高碳钢组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,含量为0.014 5%的稀土可显著减小共析钢轧态珠光体球团尺寸和珠光体片层间距,对高碳钢的抗拉强度没明显影响,但可提高其屈服强度,显著提高高碳钢的塑性。含量为0.041 0%的稀土可增大珠光体球团尺寸和珠光体片层间距,降低高碳钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度以及塑性。 Rare earths have the reputation of "industrial vitamins". When added into steel, rare earths can play the roles of refining, desulfurizing, neutralizing low-melting harmful impurities and improving the processing performance of steel. In this paper, through the relevant experiments, the effect of rare earth on the microstructure and properties of high carbon steel is studied. The experimental results show that rare earth with content of 0.014 5% can significantly reduce the size of pearlite pellets and pearlite lamella spacing of eutectoid steels, which has no obvious effect on the tensile strength of high carbon steels but can increase the yield strength, significantly improve the plasticity of high carbon steel. The rare earth with the content of 0.041 0% can increase the pearlite size and pearlite sheet spacing and reduce the tensile strength, yield strength and ductility of high carbon steel.
