摘要
针对船用LNG/柴油双燃料发动机,采用模块化设计理念,开发一套双燃料柴油机的控制软件。根据双燃料柴油机工作特性,在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建控制算法,完成信号输入模块、转速计算模块和控制系统模块设计,其中控制系统模块核心包括发动机状态判断模块、自学习模块、稳态判断模块,通过软件滤波和自学习算法保证发动机控制的稳定性。台架试验结果表明:控制软件运行正常,发动机稳定运行,发动机经济性和排放性显著提高,在发动机转速为1 200 r/min时,NO_x排放最大降低63.5%,烟度降低70.0%,但CO和HC排放升高。此外,研究还表明,应用Matlab/Simulink模块化的电控软件开发方法具有开发周期缩短、开发成本降低及软件维护方便的优点。
For the marine LNG/diesel dual fuel engine, using modular design concept, a control software isdeveloped According to the working characteristics of the dual fuel engine, the control algorithm is establishedin the Matlab/Simulink environment and the design of signal-input module, the speed-calculation module and thecontrol-system module are completed. The core of the control-system module includes the engine state judgmentmodule, the self-learning module and the steady state judgment module. The stability of the engine control isrealized through software filtering and self-learning algorithm. The results of the bench test show that the controlsoftware can run normally and steady, the engine economy and the discharge are significantly improved. At therotational speed of 1 200 r/min, the NOx emission is reduced by 63.5% and the smoke rate is 70.00/0, but the COand HC emissions elevated With the modular-development method, the time is shortened, the cost is reduced andthe software is easy to maintain.
