血清SDF-1联合CXCL5及CEA联合检测用于乳腺癌诊断的敏感度与特异性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探究并分析血清SDF-1(基质细胞衍生因子-1)联合CXCL5(外周血趋化因子-5)及CEA(癌胚抗原)联合检测用于乳腺癌诊断的敏感度与特异性。方法选取2015年6月-2016年6月收治的50例乳腺癌患者,50例乳腺良性肿瘤患者及50名正常志愿者,分别作为乳腺癌组、乳腺良性肿瘤组及对照组。测定各组患者血清SDF-1、CXCL5及CEA浓度,采用血清SDF-1、CXCL5、CEA及SDF-1+CXCL5作为诊断指标对所有受试者进行诊断,比较上述诊断方法的准确性(包括敏感性、特异性及一致性)。结果各组患者血清CEA、SDF-1、CXCL5浓度差异明显(P<0.05),乳腺癌组血清CEA、SDF-1、CXCL5浓度明显高于对照组及乳腺良性肿瘤组(P<0.05),对照组及乳腺良性肿瘤组CEA、SDF-1、CXCL5浓度无明显差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。SDF-1和CXCL5诊断的敏感性、特异性和一致性低于CEA,而SDF-1联合CXCL5的敏感性、特异性及一致性明显高于SDF-1和CXCL5(P<0.05),敏感度明显高于CEA(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论血清SDF-1联合CXCL5较单纯应用SDF-1和CXCL5诊断乳腺癌更能有效增加乳腺癌准确率,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore and analyze the serum SDF-1 (stromal cell-derived factor-1 (CXCL5) combined with peripheral blood chemokines) and CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen) combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity and specificity. Methods a total of 50 patients with breast cancer from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study. Among them, 50 patients with benign breast tumors and 50 normal volunteers were selected as breast cancer group, benign breast tumor group and control group. Determination of the levels of serum SDF-1 ,CXCL5 and CEA concentration, the serum SDF1, CXCLS, CEA and SDF-1 + CXCL5 as the diagnostic index of all subjects were diagnosed, comparing the accuracy of diagnostic methods (including the sensitivity, specificity and consistency). Results Differences in the levels of serum CEA,SDF-1,CXCL5 concentration significantly (P〈0.05),breast cancer group serum CEA, SDF1, CXCL5 concentration was significantly higher than the control group and benign tumor group (P〈0.05), the control group and benign tumor group CEA, SDF-1, CXCL5 concentration had no significant difference (P〉0.05), was not statistically significant. SDF-1 and CXCL5 diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of less than CEA and SDF1 combined with CXCL5 the sensitivity, specificity and consistency of SDF1 and CXCL5 was significantly higher than that of (P〈0.05) ,the sensitivity was significantly higher than that of CEA (P〈0.05) ,with statistical significance. Conclusion serum SDF-1 combined with CXCL5 is more effective than the simple application of SDF-1 and CXCL5 in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
