摘要
目的了解引起吉林省2008-2016年风疹暴发的风疹病毒抗原位点变异特征分析。方法选取风疹病毒代表株,对培养物进行核酸提取,RT-PCR扩增目的片段,用Mega 5.0和Bioedit 7.0进行序列分析,构建基因树,分析核苷酸、氨基酸及重要的抗原位点变异情况。结果分析显示吉林省风疹病毒流行株由1E基因型向2B基因型转化,与我国现行风疹病毒疫苗株比对,关键抗原位点均未发生变异。结论及时采集并检测暴发病例病原学标本,为风疹防控措施的制定可提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the Antigenic sites variation of E1 protein of rubella virus in many rubella out breaks from 2008 to 2016 in Jilin Province. Methods Chosed 12 rubella viruse sequences from many rubella outbreaks to analysis by using Mega 5.0 and Bioedit 7.0. Results New genotype of rubella virus was found in 2015. Comparing with vaccine rubella virus,all of Jilin province rubella viruses were not variation at important antigen site. Conclusion In order to plan rubella outbreak control measure,it was very important to collect etiology specimens from rubella out break cases to analysis timely.
