双相不锈钢中铁素体含量数值模拟和试验研究

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research of Ferrite Content in Duplex Stainless Steel

摘要 采用Thermo-Clac热力学计算软件和实验相结合的方法,借助金相显微分析技术,研究了3A、4A两种双相不锈钢铁素体含量随固溶处理温度变化的规律。结果表明,试验钢铁素体含量随固溶温度的升高而增加,在相同固溶温度范围内,模拟结果与试验测试值基本一致;随着温度的升高,数值模拟误差逐渐缩小。数值模拟计算可以作为铁素体含量预测的一种辅助手段,提高研发效率,降低研发成本。 The changing rule of ferrite content in 3A and 4A duplex stainless steel (DSS) with the solution temperature were investigated using the combined method of Thermo-Clac thermodynamic calculation and experiments by metallographic observation. The results show that the ferrite content in the DSS increases with the increase of the solution temperature. The simulated results are agreed with the experimental ones at the same solution temperature. And the error of the numerical simulation decreases with the increase of the temperature. It indicates that the numerical simulation can be used as an assistant method for the forecasting of ferrite content to improve the efficiency of research and reduce the cost.
