摘要
养老问题的解决是乡村医生队伍职业化建设道路上的关键步骤之一。文章通过总结比较我国浙江、安徽、湖北等省的乡村医生养老政策现状,发现乡村医生队伍面临养老保障类型参差、水平较低的困境。为解决此问题,本研究从职业化角度出发,提出以职工基本养老保险为模式导向,强调政府主导,并以职业属性为切入点、乡村一体化建设为助动力、根据年龄与经济水平循序渐进地推进乡村医生养老保障问题解决的路径。
Pension security is one of the key steps to professionalism of rural doctors. By summarizing and comparatively studying on the status of policies on rural doctors' pension security in Zhejiang, Anhui and Hubei, it can be concluded that rural doctors are facing the plight of varied and lower pension security. In view of professionalism, some countermeasures were put forward to promote the solution to rural doctors' pension security, which oriented in workers' basic endowment insurance, leaded by the government, started from its professional attribute, assisted by the rnral integration construction, and combined with factors of age and economic conditions.
