摘要
介绍了基于可编程控制器PLC的垂直循环型立体车库控制系统的设计,通过PLC与触摸屏以及现场各种传感器的通讯,从而实现对系统的实时监控。控制系统的硬件采用OMRON CP1H-XA40DT-D控制器作为控制核心,由数字量输入/输出扩展模块CP1W-20EDT进行输入/输出口扩充,通过Schneider的GTO3510触摸屏可进行相关参数设计和运行监控;系统通过传感器进行信号检测,确保车库正常运行。实际运行表明,所设计的控制系统具有工作稳定,运行可靠和人机交互友好等特点。
The design of a vertical circulation garage control system is introduced based on programmable logic controller(PLC) ,realizes the real-time monitoring of the system through the communication between the touch screen and PLC and various sensors in the field. The system hardware uses OMRON CP1H-XA40DT-D controller as the control core,I/O port expansion module by digital input/output (I/O) expansion module CP1W-20EDT,through Schneider's GTO3510 touch screen for related parameters design and operation Monitoring,while the system through the sensor for signal detection,to ensure the normal operation of the garage. The actual operation shows that the designed system has the Characteristics of stable operation,reliable operation and friendly human-computer interaction.
