摘要
论述了不同浓度瓦斯的综合利用方式,分析了低浓度瓦斯未能得到有效利用的原因。根据市场上瓦斯提纯使用的吸附剂不同,提出了针对不同类型吸附剂采用不同的浓缩提纯工艺技术路线,并通过对技术路线的分析,解决了关键技术难题。阳泉神堂嘴瓦斯提纯工程运行结果表明,煤矿瓦斯(煤层气)浓缩提纯工艺流程二利用加压后原料气为动力,将二、三级返回气混合,系统更简单、投资更低、能耗更低。
The comprehensive utilization of gas with different concentrationsare discussed and the reason for the ineffective utilization of low concentration gas is analyzed. According to different adsorbents used in gas purification in the market,different concentration and purification techniques for different types of adsorbents are proposed. Through the analysis of technical routes,the key technical problems are solved. Yangquan Shentangzui gas purification project operating results show that,in the second coal mine gas(coalbed methane) concentration and purification process,pressurized feed gas is used as the driving force, and the second and third return gas are mixed, the system is of simpler system, lower investment and energy consumption.
