Research of new type sampler with low impact in coal mechanical sampling system

摘要 针对目前机械化采制样系统初级采样器采样时因振动过大导致的故障率高、撒煤多等问题,论述了初级采样器产生振动的主要原因。提出了新型弱冲击初采器的设计方案,在有限元分析软件中对比了新型弱冲击初采器和传统初采器工作时同一平台支架的瞬时响应。结论表明,通过采用弱冲击设计,极大的降低了采样冲击对平台整体及下方结构的影响,其支撑槽钢的最大变形位移从2.18mm降低到0.85mm,最大应力从189.87MPa降低到68.51MPa,分别降低了61.0%和63.9%。即通过新型弱冲击设计,大幅度降低了初级采样器采样时对平台支架的冲击。 The coal mechanical sampling system has problems of strong vibration and much leak coal when the sampler works. The primary cause of the impact force was discussed. In order to reduce the impact force,a new type sampler with low impact was designed. The cooperation of platform's responses under sampling impacting with new sampler and old sampler was carried out via FEM(finite element methods). The result shows that the impact to the platform and the channel steel was reduced greatly. The sampling impact was transferred to internal force. The maximum deformation of supporting channel steels decreased from 2. 18 mm to 0. 85 mm,and the maximum stress decreased from 189. 87 MPa to 68. 51 MPa,which decreased 61. 0% and 63. 9% respectively. The impact force caused by sampling of sampler was decreased strongly through the application the new type sampler with low impact.
