摘要
实验旨在研究三孢布拉霉菌发酵生产β-胡萝卜素的抗氧化活性及其对转基因皮肤荧光斑马鱼生长和抗氧化能力的影响。体外实验结果表明,β-胡萝卜素在20~100μg/ml范围内对DPPH·、·OH和O_2^-·有良好的清除作用,还原力与VC相比较弱。转基因皮肤荧光斑马鱼体内抗氧化实验中,β-胡萝卜素组转基因皮肤荧光斑马鱼的抗氧化能力明显改善。结果提示,添加适量β-胡萝卜素有助于转基因皮肤荧光斑马鱼的生长。
The experiment was aimed to study the antioxidant activity of β-carotene fermented by Blakeslea trispora, and the effect on zebrafish skin fluorescence was studied. The β-carotene had well scavenging activity to DPPH·, · OH and O2-· at the concentration from 20-100 μg/ml. The reducing power of β-carotene was lower than vitamin C. The β-carotene group improved the antioxidant activity of transgenic zebrafish. Adding the right amount of β-carotene could help the growth of zebrafish with fluorescent skin.
