摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,失地农民问题日益突出,引发了一系列的社会问题。从法律制度界定不清、征用补偿费的发放标准低、社会保障体系不健全以及农民处于信息劣势地位等方面,详细描述失地农民问题产生的原因,并从现行的土地征用管理制度、政绩考核体系和审批制度、土地征用补偿制度和失地农民社会保障制度等方面提出失地农民问题解决对策。
