血清分离胶采血管的鉴别应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同采血管对血脂及血糖的影响,并初步建立分离胶采血管的快速鉴别方法。方法随机抽取35例体检患者的血标本9 ml分别于不同采血管(A管、B管、C管),检测各管血脂五项及血糖含量。对比分析各组采血管对检测结果的影响,另设D管,检测4种采血管的零血清标本血脂五项及血糖含量。结果 A管与B管比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A管与C管比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4种采血管的零血清检测结果分析,A管与B管及D管比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),A管与C管比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同采血管对检测结果的准确性和一致性会产生影响,利用甘油三酯等检测做比对试验,可以准确而快速的鉴别血清分离胶采血管质量的优劣。 Objective To discuss the influence of different blood vessels on blood lipid and blood glucose,and to primarily establish a rapid identification method for the separation of blood vessels. Methods 9 ml blood sample was randomly collected from 35 physical examination patients and input the blood sample into tube A,tube B and tube C respectively,and the contents of five blood lipids and blood sugar were detected,respectively. Comparatively analyze the blood collection tubes of each tube on the test results,experimental tube D was set,and 5 blood lipid index and blood sugar content of zero serum samples in the 4 sample tubes were detected. Results The results differences showed no statistical significance between tube A and tube B( P〈0. 05). The differences of results between tube A( control) and tube C were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The test result difference of zero serum detection with the 4 sampling tubes showed no statistical significance between tube A and tube B,or between tube A and tube D( P〈0. 05). However,statistical significance was observed in the difference between tube A and tube C( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Different blood collection tubes will have an impact on the accuracy and consistency of the test results. Using triglyceride and other tests to make comparison tests can accurately and quickly identify the quality of the blood collection tubes.
