摘要
高等教育管理有两类不同的价值取向。科层取向的高等教育管理注重效率与理性,但却缺乏对人的关注;专业取向的高等教育管理注重人的发展,但缺乏理性。在高等教育实际管理过程中,需要明辨两者的关系,分析两者之间的冲突与融合之处,以促进高等教育管理的发展。
There are two different kinds of value orientation in higher education management.Bureaucracy oriented higher education management focuses on efficiency and rationality,but lacks understanding of human beings. Professional oriented higher education management focuses on human development,butlacks rationality. In the process of higher education management practice,we should understand the relationship between the two value orientation. The relationship between the conflict and the integration between the two is analyzed,thus it will promote the development of the higher education management system.
