摘要
目的分析综合护理在妊娠高血压综合征产后护理中的应用价值,为妊娠高血压综合征产后护理提供参考。方法选取80例妊娠高血压综合征患者为研究对象,均分为观察组(40例,行综合护理)和对照组(40例,行基础护理),对比分析两组患者的临床并发症以及心理评分,观察综合护理在临床治疗上的应用价值。结果患者应用不同的护理方式。观察组并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组的42.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠高血压综合征产后护理上,应用综合护理干预,可以降低并发症的发生率,有效规避患者的抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,提高患者的生存质量,值得在妊娠高血压综合征产后护理上推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing in postpartum nursing of pregnancy hypertensive syndrome,and provide a reference for postpartum nursing of pregnancy hypertension syndrome.Methods Selection of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome as the research object,were divided into observation group(40 cases,comprehensive nursing) and control group(40 cases,the line of basic nursing),comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical complications and psychological ratings,observe the comprehensive nursing care on the clinical application value.Results Patients were given different nursing methods.The complication rate of the observation group was 7.5%,significantly lower than 42.5% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,postpartum nursing,application of comprehensive nursing intervention,to reduce the incidence of complications,effectively avoid the patient's adverse emotions such as depression,anxiety,improve the patient's quality of life,is worth popularization and application on the postpartum care pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
