新型长寿命多针式垂直接地体模具设计及应用

摘要 基于没有完善的成型模具用于制造接地体,以及焊接成本偏高、焊接效率低下等问题,依据垂直接地体的制造工艺,研制出一套新型多针式垂直接地体成型模具,依托新型成型模具,制造出新型多针式垂直接地体,并成功实现了济宁张庄变电站接地系统的工程应用。经工程验证,模具熔接工艺满足国家规范要求且高效、可靠、低成本,可为变电站接地系统的高效长寿命服役特性提供指导。 Based on the problems such as, the incomplete forming die used for manufacturing the grounding body, the too high weldingcost and the low welding efficiency, this paper designed a new multi-needle mould for vertical grounding body according to the manufacturingprocess of vertical grounding body. The new type of multi-needle vertical grounding body was fabricated on the basis of a new type offorming die and the grounding system realized the engineering application in Zhangzhuang substation of Jining. The engineering verificationshows that the die welding process meets the requirements of the national standard with high efficiency, reliability and low cost. The processcan provide certain guidance for the high efficiency and long service life of the substation grounding system.
